CPHQ Recertification Deadline December 31, 2018, 11:59 pm CT
The Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality® (CPHQ) validates knowledge of healthcare quality. As the healthcare quality profession rapidly changes, it is vital that professionals maintain the skills and credibility gained through the CPHQ by recertifying the credential. Each recertification cycle lasts two years, beginning January 1 of the year following the initial certification. The cycle ends on December 31 of the second year. Recertify today
